Come ride the most amazing trail in eastern Idaho. An exciting drive up the inside of a collapsed cinder cone with amazing views from the top.
This trail is a easy ride from Atomic City with a truly unique and exciting trail up the collapsed inside of this giant cinder cone. You will gain a great deal of elevation and the views are amazing (if you are in the clouds, you may want to wait until they pass - dress warm it can be cold and windy up there). If you catch the right day in the Summer you may see the hang-gliders taking off from the south side. In the Fall it can be frosty at the top, as you will see from some of the pictures. A good pair of binoculars or a spotting scope can make for some great viewing of the approximately 25% of Idaho that can be viewed on a clear day.
