High Desert Scoot and Shoot
Between trail rides, you can shoot a different event with either 22 caliber rifles or pistols. You can bring your own firearms, or rent from our event sponsor, Choice Defense Training, who will be providing Range Safety Officers for the event. Other firearms can be used as well, but will not be included in the competition or prizes.
Instructions and range safety briefing will take place at 10:00. You must be present to participate and registration is required.
You will need your firearm, 50 rounds of ammunition, hearing protection, eye protection, and a billed cap. All firearms must be checked in and left at the range before the event.
Those who want the training for the Idaho Enhanced Concealed Weapons Permit Friday evening and Saturday morning can also participate in this event, but must register for their event here: Trails and Training
